Evo Sonic First Broadcast in 1997, the station, a strictly Electronic Dance Music Station was the first of its kind in the world. The Station based in Köln Germany broadcasts 24/7 365 days a year. The station never conformed to conventional formats, always allowing DJs and editors the freedom to design their shows as they saw fit.
K-Lyde first appeared on the station way back in 97’ after a brief spell on the station he returned to the UK to attend College and University. In 2019 K-Lyde returned to the station with his 2-hour midweek show highlighting music from several genres, including Old Skool/Nu Skool Breaks, Hardcore, Jungle and Drum n Bass.
The show “The Drum n Bass Dimension” broadcasts Live on Wednesdays from 8-10pm GMT/9-11pm CET.
Following his success K-Lyde joined the American station TruSkool Breakz Radio based on the East Coast.
The station was raised from the Nu Skool Breakz station archives, which closed down for good in September 2022. The demand was such that old shows and mixes still had an audience. However DJ Pease (Founding Member) asked if he could do a live broadcast, Tru Skool Radio was born! The station is going from strength to strength.
The Show “Break Beat Kulture” features music from the hay day of Rave Old Skool 90-94, Jungle, Drum n Bass and New Skool Breaks.
K-Lyde Broadcasts his second Show of the week on Fridays Live from 3-5pm EST/8-10pm GMT/9-11pm CET.
